Rachel Schardt Design is looking to bring on a Social Media Assistant to support ongoing retainer clients. Though we primarily offer Web Design + SEO, our clients trust us implicitly and often want us to continue to oversee their online presence. You’re perfect for this role if:
  • You are passionate about helping creatives + small businesses grow their business.
  • You know the ends and outs of Instagram.
  • You know that one size doesn’t fit all and are able to adapt to serve clients in a variety of industries, with varying target audiences.
  • If you set a deadline, you meet it!
  • You know your strengths and weaknesses and aren’t afraid to ask for help if needed.
  • You’ve worked with clients before and have experience working with them in a social media capacity.
To start your primary duties would include:
  • Scheduling and posting content: Stories, Posts, and Reels.
  • Engagement on behalf of client.
  • Occasional content creation (dependent on skill set).

This is remote, part-time contract position. Hours will start around 3-5 hours a week, with potential to grow into more!
